Kids’ Day, Freebies, Specialty License Plate & MORE

This Saturday, November 19 is our second Kids’ Day (for grades K-5)  in partnership with the Virginia Museum of Natural History.  All the details here.   Tentative future  program dates:   January 21, 2012, March 24, 2012, May 19, 2012 .

Hot off the presses!  FREE to 2011 dues-paid members:  The 2012 Virginia Department of  Forestry wall calendar!   Stop by the Arboretum HQ building  between 9:15 and 11:30 a.m. on Sat., Nov. 19 or 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Mon., Nov. 21 to pick up your free copy.  If you’re unable to stop by either of those days, just reply to this e-mail to make other arrangements.   Even if you yourself can’t use this freebie membership perk, perhaps someone on your holiday gift-giving list would enjoy it?
